Other Menu Items
List below are the food items that we tasted at the restaurant during our review.
Premium items
The Unlimited Seafood [Premium] package, consists of 1 special food item per person. There were several items to choose from, but we chose 2 dishes:

Oysters
Imported from Korea. Not a lot of meat but was fresh. Goes very well with condiments, such as fried onions, acacia, chili, lime, chili paste, and spicy seafood sauce.

Fried Crab with Chili Paste
One of Singapore’s well-known national dishes (which we didn’t get to try while on our trip to Singapore), uses a whole crab, chopped into large pieces, and stir-fried with a sweet and spicy sauce, onion, and chili paste.
We loved the taste of the sauce, but the crab’s shell was very difficult to remove, and I had to give up.
Buffet Menu Items

Scallop Baked with Cheese
Very fresh with a chewy texture. Perfectly salted and creamy followed by a milky taste from the cheese. Highly recommended.

Deep-fried Shrimp Cake
Coarse meat and not too firm. Crispiness from the deep-fried breadcrumbs, with a mild shrimp aroma. Not so filling, but overall, it was acceptable.

Charcoal Grilled Squid
The meat was firm and B-grade fresh. Salty and came with a grilled aroma.

Som Tum Pla Salmon
The papaya texture was crisp, and the dish came with a distinct spicy flavor. The salmon was not so fresh but was also not mushy. Liked it.

Clear Spicy Seafood Soup
Large serving, dominantly spicy, sour, sweet, salty, and very flavorful. Fragrant with galingale and spices. Generous portions of squid and shrimp. Great for smoothening out the greasiness.

Fresh Shrimp with Spicy Sauce
Thoroughly cleaned fresh shrimps, firm meat, with no fishy smell nor sliminess. Naturally sweet meat as the restaurant did not soak it in fish sauce. Goes well with the seafood sauce.

Charcoal Grilled Sweet Clams
Fresh, firm, chewy. Fragrant with a freshly grilled aroma.

Charcoal Grilled Cockle
Grilled until dry with no traces of blood. Moderate size.
